Cancellation and Refunds Policy – Fitness Classes
Glee-Fit Limited (“We”, “Us”, “the Supplier”, “GleeFit”) operates a cancellation policy for our Customers (“you”, “your”, “the Customer”) in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time and you should make sure you keep up to date with changes to our cancellation policy which can be found on our website www.glee-fit.com
Changes to and cancellation of Fitness Classes:
- If you as a Customer are unable to attend our Fitness Class on the listed time and date, you will be able to book a substitute class at no additional cost. For security and privacy reasons, all requests for substitutions must be made via the Platform at least 4 hours before the start time of the Fitness Class.
- If you cancel a class after with less than 4 hours you are ineligible for a credit on your account.
- If you cancel a class within the notice period you are entitled to a credit with which you can purchase attendance to another Glee-fit Fitness Class.
- If an Instructor cancels a class after you have booked it you are entitled to a credit with which you can purchase attendance to another Glee-fit Fitness Class.
Amendments/Cancellation by us.
- Amendments: We reserve the right to modify the programme up to 5 minutes prior to the start time of the class. Regrettably, this means no refunds can be issued in line with the cancellation policy.
- In accordance with 1, we are able to offer a credit with which you can purchase attendance to another Glee-fit Fitness Class.
- Cancellation: If unforeseen circumstances cause us to cancel a Fitness Class permanently and it is not possible to provide a credit a full refund will be made.
- Cancellation: If, for any reason, we have to cancel a Fitness Class, we accept no responsibility for any costs you may incur.
